Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated concierge team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Rug
Carefully roll and wrap your carpet in its original protective packaging or equivalent heavy-duty plastic to ensure it is shielded from moisture and debris during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a white-glove pickup or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
